Tour itinerary
Monday: •10:30 - pick up at Mercure Hotel Tallinn (5 mins from Tallinn airport). •Eesti kamber – you will taste at least 12 wines from 10 different producers. During the session, you will enjoy a rich selection of snacks that complement the wine experience. •Järiste Veintalu – Workshop with Wine – with the help of your instructor, create personalised glasses or t-shirts on site. Enjoy stone oven pizzas on the terrace. •Transfer to Pesa Hotel in Põlva. Tuesday: •Breakfast. •10:30am – pick up at Pesa Hotel. •Pindi Veintalu - we will experience the activities of the wine farm and taste 5 wines. •Tillu café – lunch, offering freshly baked pastries, buns and cakes, light meals, exciting salads and soups and a main of the day. •Käbliku Brewery – tasting 10 craft beers. •Traditional Estonian evening meal. Wednesday: •Breakfast •Private spa and sauna at Pesa Hotel. •Seto Siider – enjoy the pure nature of Setomaa, and taste drinks bottled in the ancient brewery of Uma tettü. •Rüüp and Ala Juusa - taste wines enriched by delicious snacks. •Dinner and evening in the fireplace hall, enjoy a classic sauna, a hot tub, and a private lake. Thursday: •Breakfast. •Uue-Saaluse Winery - enjoy five drinks in a blind tasting - can you guess what the raw material of each wine is? In addition to the flavours, you will be delighted by a rich snack platter: cheeses from local producers, meat cooked in a smoke sauna, fresh pot pie. •Veinimäe talu - enjoy the beautiful landscape of Võru County and get to know dozens of different grape varieties from all over the world; linger in the grape “botanical garden” and taste locally made grape wines and ciders. •Murimäe Winery – taste 5 different craft wines accompanied by cheese platter and snacks. •Dinner (optional) - Ugandi Resto, Otepää, fusion Nordic and Mediterranean food. Friday •Breakfast. •Transfer to Tallinn airport for your flight home. It is possible to extend your trip with a visit to Tallinn. This can be done at the beginning or end of your tour.
