Notes
Please wear weather-appropriate clothing, and it is highly advisable to use walking poles. Along the way, there are very few shops and restaurants, so please ensure you have enough food and water.

Tour itinerary
- Day 1: Arrival day Arrival in Liepaja, optional private transfer from Riga to Liepaja and optional guided walking tour in Liepaja Old Town. Overnight in Liepaja, Hotel Amrita***
- Day 2: Hiking from Liepaja to Ziemupe (22 km) On the first hiking day the routes goes along sandy and pebbly and beaches coastal trails, in some places there are stones, and structures protecting against coastal erosion. Please note that near place Saraiķi there is no access to the sea or the public (private property). No shops or catering are available from Karosta to Ziemupe (about 20 km). Overnight in Ziemupe, Ziemupes Muiza & SPA
- Day 3: Hiking from Ziemupe to Pāvilosta (21 km) The road goes along the coastline and it is sandy or pebbly. Pāvilosta is a nice town with a couple of charming cafe's and and excellent place to stay. During the winter season some catering place might be closed. Also, there is no shops or catering available between Ziemupe and Pavilosta. Overnight in Pavilosta, Otto Hotel & Sun****
- Day 4: Hiking from Pāvilosta to Jūrkalne (20 km) Walking poles are advised to use especially in this section as the beach can be very narrow in some places. You might have to go trough shallow water. Shops and catering only in Pāvilosta and Jūrkalne. End the day in Jurkalne. Overnight in Jurkalne, Pilbergu Krogs
- Day 5: Hiking from Jūrkalne to Užava (29 km) The road is sandy or pebbly, near Užava there is a Lighthouse which is nice to visit. There are no shops or catering along the route. After the route is finished you can stay in Uzava or a private transport to Ventspils is available. Overnight in Ventspils, Dzintarjura***
- Day 6: Departure day Departure from Ventspils, ptional guided walking tour in Ventspils Old Town, and optional private transfer back to Riga.
