Guided smoke sauna ritual

A sauna ritual in Wiire’s smoke sauna is a sensual, deeply touching experience that takes you out of your everyday life and brings you back to your centre. This facilitated journey is led by a sauna woman – a space creator, storyteller and spiritual healer in whose caring hands the sauna becomes a sacred place. The ritual follows the stages that have evolved over time, inspired by nature and folklore: welcoming, cleansing, healing and giving thanks. At each step, one moves deeper into relaxation and connection with oneself. The sauna uses only natural ingredients – salt, ash, honey, herbs and various incense to invigorate the body, revitalise the senses and soothe the soul. The sauna ritual progresses from a peaceful introduction through an intense middle section to a quiet and grateful end. Each participant’s experience is personal and unique – created in the moment, in the space and with themselves.
