Latvian Mycological Society

Nature guides specialised in fungi. The society brings together professional and amateur mycologists who share an interest in the biodiversity of fungi and the various applications of fungi. Many of our members initially began as mushroom hunters, a traditional pastime in Latvia, and later developed a deeper fascination with the diverse world of fungi.
