Excursion of Birch Sap Factory

We offer a unique tourism experience to visit our factory and cellar where we produce and store the sparkling birch sap called "BIRZĪ." During the tour, we'll share our rich knowledge about birch sap, including showcasing the spring sap collection process. You'll have the opportunity to taste fresh birch sap in various flavours, as well as our exceptional birch sap syrup, which undergoes a lengthy extraction process.

As part of the excursion, you can explore the world's first birch sap tree park, dedicated to trees whose sap is suitable for consumption. All of our Birzī products are organically certified, and you'll have the chance to purchase them to take home as souvenirs.
